iP5 Wi-fi Errors??

Hi Guys.

My friends iPhone 5 (week old) is showing this:

NOTE: Wi-Fi address.

As such, she can't use her wifi.
She has fully restored and it didnt help.

Living quite far away, was hoping for a solution which would avoid the apple store.

Anyone come across this?
