iP6 Plus Holster + Case Combinations

I have enjoyed using my iPhone 4 in a Griffin Survivor Case in part because of the ability to use it in a case and put it in/on its holster when it is not needed, so I am trying to put together a list of holster + case combinations, both holster/case combinations by one company and holster/case combinations by different companies.

So far here are the combinations I know:

I purchased this case for temporary coverage while trying to decide on which really high quality case to purchase, and I gotta say; I really like the case. It gives great protection. The phone fits into a rubber (silicone?) inner case that fits into the hard outer case. The swivel clip works great as a stand and clips securely on my pants waist or belt. I was worried about access to ports, but they work great. I often use a Square credit card reader and it fits, no problem. All in all a great case for $9.99, and although I did pre-order a very different and much more expensive case (Nodus Access), I’m in no hurry to change from this case.
