iPad 1 + iOS 4.3.1

Now that it has been a few weeks, are those of you who upgraded to 4.3.1 happy you did? Any regrets? Still haven't decided if I will upgrade my wife's iPad 1 to 4.3.1 yet.

Don't see the point.

I don't see the point, I didn't have the battery drain issues people were complaining about and there really are no benefits other than that, I'll just wait it out until the next iOS version....
