I've got a iPad 1 a year ago and since I've got iPhone and Macbook Air afterwards, I almost tossed my IPad1 away and recently I found it beneath my bed, full of dust covering the screen. lol..
But since I found this treasure thing out, I still would like to use it and thus my question is: How many of you have updated the system to 5.1 and how it performances? Someone says it drugs down the speed especially when the keyboard pops out or by web browsing. But my main purpose is only to read the magazines and newspapers on-line, no games or other RAM consumption apps.
So is it appropriate to update to ISO 5.1? Thanks in advance!
