I just noticed that today's woot.com deal of the day is a refurbished iPad 1 64GB wifi+3G for $489.99.

The Apple Store sells the same model for $659.

I saw that deal as well in my email. Pretty sweet if you need all that. My dad has a first-gen iPad, and they're not bad by any stretch of the imagination. If you want to jump aboard, these deals are great. I'm glad I bought my second-gen iPad for the white option, better CPU and smart cover, but it's also hard to argue with those who save $200 or $300 on these "old" ones.
