iPad 16.1.1 - Duplicate entries in contact (address field)

Having the iPad Pro 4th generation, since iOS 16.1 I have duplicates of the address entry in all of my contacts.
I have iCloud and Google contacts. If I look on the individual cards (in Google or iCloud respectively I just see one instance of the address field. It seems like the address field doesn’t merge the info.
Is there a fix for this somewhat strange issue?

I have the exact same issue on my iPhone 13 PM and on my Mac mini (MacOS)

In iCloud online everything looks fine, same in Google contacts

This was due to having both iCloud- and Google contacts enabled. I copied all my Google contacts to iCloud and simply disabled Google contacts in account settings.
