So, some major retailer are dropping their iPad stock. Does it indicate that the next version of iPad might be closer than we thought?

Is this an indication of what might be expected on black friday.

I thought Apple controlled product pricing.

TJ Max is probably just taking a loss on them to get mad people into the store, they probably only have like 5 per store but when you get 400 people showing up your bound to sell more crap to them.

It took me one Black Friday at 4am at Fry's Electronics to never fall for this ruse again. No rainchecks either.

Here in N. Seattle, I was told that this was East Coast only and they they had heard nothing about until they got dozens of calls on the 18th.

I'm typing from my new iPad which I got today at Marshalls. Wasn't planning on getting one but at that price it was hard to resist. I can confirm that they do have a few but it's really hard to come across one since they have so few. I got it with a friend's employee discount for less than 400 including taxes.:D
