iPad 1gen 4.2.1 won't log in into Gmail nor Docs

I got iPad 1 gen with 4.2.1 on board

I can't log in into Gmail, Docs, Calendar etc.

It says that my browser doesn't accept cookies - I attach a screenshot

In settings of Safari "accept all" is set

I erased history, cookies but in vain

Is my device too old?

try upgradeing too IOS 5.1.1 and see what happens
