I just bought a iPad 1tb, and was wondering what cable I need to connect it to my windows 10 pc?

I got this cable

As I need usb A to usb C, but it does not work with my pc / ipad

Any suggestions on what cable will work and let me restore my backup from my gen 1 iPad Pro?

That cable should work, maybe it’s defective.

UPDATE

Found a USB A - USB C cable at home and tried that and it’s now restoring my iPad to my latest iPad backup

I also picked up this cable:

And that works with my iPad
