So I just noticed today that there is a hairline crack on the black 3G strip on the back of my iPad 2. Has anyone else noticed this? And have you had it replaced? It looks like a stress crack, since I have never dropped it I assume that's what it must be from.

Yes I had that crack issue. A piece of the plastic fell out eventually and I just glued it back on.
The problem is the plastic is pinched on both sides by the metal case and if you drop it even if it is in a protective case the pressure can crack the plastic. I'm not sure if the warranty will cover that because it usually is caused by a drop or bump to the side.
