I am going to my Apple Store tomorrow to exchange my iPad 2 with light bleeding for a new one.

What are the chances the new one will have none?
Should I make a Genius Bar appt. first?

genius bar won't really do much for you since it isn't an issue they can fix, it needs to be replaced. And I don't know what the odds are of getting another with it, but with the number of iPads manufactured, odds are there are going to be more duds, but not saying you'll get another. Hopefully you go, they have one to exchange you, and its 100% good to go :) good luck

If you take it back to an Apple store, my guess is that they'll swap it out. I've had good experiences with them with defective iPods that they replaced for me no questions asked.
