Please post as you get info on Availablity on pre-orders or stock in retail and prices as they come and as you get yours.

any info or news please share as it comes.

lets hope we all get one on launch day.
 
pc world have confirmed that they will not be getting stock until a week after launch as the company will be despatch to their flagship stores first across scotland.

Braehead, Finnieston will have the largest stock.

I am looking to hear from currys on thursday

Was hoping to head to the apple store about 3-4ish, can't imagine being that many people in aberdeen surely? :rolleyes:

Its not the only place in aberdeen though!;) are you going to aberdeen and if so what time you heading there for? I really feel that apple should have enough iPads for everyone to get one.:D

I'm going to have a phone round in the morning to see if there is any ideas of stock and where before heading down it's 11/4 hour drive for me, and got the kids with me too so dont want to be lining up for too long if I can help it.!:apple:

I'll give you a heads up then, the other place I know is John Lewis again from 5pm but again I think apple should have enough.:)

Hey,

Wandered past the store tonight. They are setting up a queue already so not sure that's a good sign ;)

Gotta say, when I asked the girl there about stock, I didn't really expect a straight answer, but I wasn't impressed by the answer I did get.

Maybe it's just you and me that want one up here and there is no one down there !! Planning on trying to get there for 2.30 or so, will post up what I find when I get there. :apple:

Well we are a long way up :D That would be amazing if that was true. Thanks for that but I'll probably driving but may have to pull over to get an update:p:apple:
 
Any news on the queue? I can't decide if to head over to the Apple Store at Union Square now or wait until tomorrow.
 
i cant get ther until about 5 , you think i should bother even trying ?? want to get me a voucher and i will get it off you at 5 ! hahaha

I got there at quater past 3 must easily of been 100 people. Got what I wanted but they time they got to me they had already ran out of black 16GB 3G. Was in the store by quater past 5 and out in 5-10 mins, Lots of people behind me so dont know if they'll have much left!:D
