Ipad 2 availability NYC end of June.

I am going on vacation to NYC at the end of June, and I was wondering if anyone would know of the possibility of simply walking into an apple store and pick one up?

Would I have to wait hours in line? And also, does the fifth Avenue Apple store sell Ipad 2's 24/7, or is it limited to certain hours of the day?
