You can order the iPad 2 from Apple.com. I remember earlier today they had disabled ordering. Good sign??

I didn't hear anything about them disabling ordering, but unless they've taken down the "ships 3-5 weeks" sign, I doubt anyone's going to consider it a "good sign."

A few days ago I noticed they had it disabled. When it was came back enabled the shipping time was changed.

What? They never disabled orders, at least not intentionally. It is possible they had a small issue that they were working out with the website but that is not at all what you are implying.

So yeah, business as usual, nothing to see here folks.
