I have had my iPad for under a month and I have already notied the battery doesn't last anywhere near as long as it did at first, I have not timed it but it is very noticeable.

My brightness is always at 15-20%, my wifi is always kept on.

Previously I could use the iPad the whole day with the battery going down to about 40% but now it seems to go down to 10-20%.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

I am a new iPad user so don't know if only charging to 95% makes a big difference or whether bluetooth staying n an mae a big difference.

Any advice?

No worries, just go to Apple.com look in the tech support section, they have great info on how to treat, and maintain batteries for all their gear.
