Hi

I have noticed an issue with the front and rear camera on my iPad 2, when the camera's deal with White white light flooding from a window or bright objects the camera will glitch in the White areas into a rainbow effect!

Mainly happens if the areas of the image are overblown with White instead of compensating the image will have random rainbows in colours in White areas.

Is this a software or hardware bug?

Can you post a photo? If I point mine at bright white light it does all sorts of hideous things.

I'll try and grab a shot if it does it again!
