iPad 2 & Cydia

Firstly, hello and I hope I'm posting in the right section.

I down loaded Cydia and paid for the VIP option. I wanted to addon Kodia which I found in the bottom option row under changes. However, when I click it it does nothing.
Is there any other way to add Kodi to Cydia?
