iPad iPad 2-D CAD with PDF import

I’m looking for a fairly simple iPad CAD app. It needs to be able to import a PDF (ideally it would convert a PDF file into editable vectors, but not a dealbreaker if it doesn’t) Just want to draw lines, angles, arcs, circles, transpose, mirror, copy. Dimensioning would be a plus…. Basically like 25 year old AutoCAD I wouldn’t use it a ton, so looking for something lower cost. Ideally a one time purchase rather than subscription?

Any suggestions??
