iPad 2 Facetime Idea

I came up with a nice idea for Facetime. I will hook my iPad up next to my big screen at home with the HDMI cable and use the iPad for Facetime. It would be just like on Star Trek on the bridge.

Also I have the tethering option on my iPhone 4 so I don't have to deal with the restriction of being limited to only Wi-Fi connections.

The only problem I can see with this is the low quality camera will not look good on a big screen. And the fact you have to look at the iPad to "look into" the camera.

If it supports mirroring then it should support mirroring Facetime.
