ipad 2 has No Software update option

Someone please help. I have a ipad 2 and under general there is NO software update option. My Iphone 4 has it but not my Ipad2. And there is no cloud option either....

Someone please help me....

You need to plug it into iTunes to update it to iOS 5.

You don't get those options unless you upgrade to iOS5.
