For an upcoming home movie project, I am thinking of finally using iMovie on my iPad instead of Windows Movie Maker. I bought the app a long time ago and have still never learned how to use it, so now is the time.

My question is, will I be able to get it from my iPad 2 to a DVD? It looks like I just have to use the Send to iTunes option, sync with my computer, and then burn the DVD from iTunes. Is that correct, or is there something more convoluted that I will have to do. If it's too much of a pain, I'll probably just go back to Movie Maker, but I'd really like to be able to say, "Yeah, I did this whole thing on my iPad." :)

I havent used this app so far, but I think you'll be able to copy the movie onto your computer (with iTunes) and then burn it with windows.
