I bought new iPad 2 yesterday. I opened App Store to download a game. I was asked to give my iTunes password. I did so. I then had to go through a verification process, including giving certain credit card details, because there are multiple devices using my id. iTunes wouldn't verify & a message said I had to contact iTunes support. I did so yesterday by email as instructed. Today I was told by email that they don,t know how to solve the problem & that it has been referred to a specialized team. I was told that this might take 72 hours. Has any one else encountered this situation because I think it ridiculous iTunes support should be taking so long & don't know the answer
