iPad 2 is turning itself off after upgrading to iOS 5

Anybody has this issue??? or is it a coincidence and it is a hardware issue? I do not remember having this issue before the upgrade.

I got this issue White 16GB 3G iPad. My iPad randomly restarts, interestingly it restarts everytime the battery goes down 3%. Will post in the dev forums.

I just reverted back to 4.3.3

Even the 2nd beta would not solve the problem. Yes, it is beta but it is a pretty big issue. You cannot really work with the iPad properly.

Well your not really supposed to use the beta except for testing purposes.

I know but I never had a major problem with a beta before. Not complaining at all, just saying

Same issue here, but many times, it won't reboot, it will just turn off, and I have to press and hold both the home button, and the power button for a few moments for it to turn back on.
