Ipad 2 jailbreak

I've lost track, is this the 3rd or 4th 'real' iPad2 jailbreak?

I think MR hires newbies to register and start these threads to drive up visits.
 
With all the amazing upgrades in iOS5 coming, jailbreak looks less and less compelling.
 
Hint: any site that says "Take a free survey to get..." is most likely fake. If it seems too good to be true, it is.
