I got here about 10:30 and maybe 20/25 in line. Now looks to be about 50 in line. Several security guards are here so I am guessing that they are expecting a much bigger crowd by 5pm.

Apple employee just counted 70 in line right now. Her comment was "pretty impressive for still having 4 hours to go".

Line didn't look too bad when i walked by at noon. I guess a lot more have showed up since then. Hopefully since there is not an activation the line will move quickly. I won't be able to get there til almost 4.:(

Last count was over 130 in line. Crowd is quiet. Apple staff going up and down the line every few minutes with water.

Driving back to Nashville today, I stopped in Knoxville to see if I could pick up the new iPad on the way home. That's when I discovered they weren't releasing it until 4pm.

Is that the same time they're releasing it at Green Hills?
