Hi

Sorry for my bad english!

My iPad 2 can't boot... the iOS is damaged after a bad instalation from an App...

It's freezed at the Apple logo, and is not detected by the iTunes.

The problem is that the sleep button is not working (Previously damaged...), so i can't enter in DFU mode.

How can i restore it?

The iPad is Jailbreaked in 5.1.1.

Thx for your help!

Seems to me like you would have to address the first problem of the lock/sleep button not working properly, because I do not know of any other way to enter DFU mode.

If you search online, you can find guides which will tell you exactly how to disassemble the ipad. You can order a new part and install it, then put it into DFU mode and restore or whatever you need to do.

Conversely, you could sell it to me for $50.

go to general, accesibity and turn assistive touch on... you can use thos keys in the same way to enter DFU ;) good luck :)
