iPad iPad 2 "no sim installed" fixed

Happy camper - after updating my iPad 2 to iOS 7 - I have got my 3G connection back !

No matter what I tried under 6 it wouldn't work - including new sim, reset, reinstall, replace 3g module (its out of warrantee).
