Depends on the size of your pockets and wallet.

I'm replacing my iPad 2 with a mini.

Personally I have an iPad 2 and wouldn't consider getting a mini at this time because the specs are similar.

However if I didn't have an iPad and was buying now I'd get the mini.

None, how about a iPad 3. You can get a refurb for 379.
