I have an iPad 2 32 GB WiFi in perfect condition. It has no scratches at all. I'd like to sell it to buy the new iPad. What would a good price for Craigslist be? Is $450 good?

And should I buy a Smart Case for my new iPad? Is it worth $50? I'm in love with the Smart Cover, but I've seen a lot of negative reviews about the Smart Case.

Apple sells the refurb 64GB WiFi (with a full warranty) for $499, so from a buyer's perspective you're asking too much, but on Craigslist, who knows what someone will pay?

looks like successful completed auctions on ebay range from 375-400ish (a few lower, a few higher) for a good condition 32gb one.
