I've just received an iPad 2 refurb and it has a very yellow screen. Side-by-side to my older iPad 2 is a HUGE difference.

Does this yellow go away?

I know iPad 3's are having yellow screens but why does my refurb iPad 2 have it?!

It's possible that it is just the glue and that it will go away, give it a week or two (if you can) with regular use and see if you still notice it then, if you can then take it back/exchange it :) Hope this helps

Same here. Mine is considerably yellow compared to my iPhone 4(no S). I received it yesterday. I am probably going to use it for a week and see how it turns it out.

Ditto.

Mine came this morning with dull pissy yellow screen!!

Extremely annoyed about it to be honest as I was downgrading back to iPad 2 after 2 pissy yellow iPad 3's!

What can they really do to refurb?
iFixit gave it only a 2 for servicability.
Likely you have someone elses return.

No wonder it's called refurb. It was previously returned by users that bought it due to yellow tints. Apple service tech didn't do anything with it and called it "IT'S WITHIN SPEC". That's what you got.
