As far as I know, the resolution on the iPad 2 is 1024-by-768 while the iPhone 5 is at 1136-by-640-pixel. They're not too far from each other so I'm just wondering how come iPhone 5 retina supported apps don't look as clear & crisp on the iPad 2 as I would imagine.

b.c you are talking about a 9.7" screen vs a 4" screen.

Wait, iPhone 5 retina apps dont look sharp to you?

Edit; oh you meant iPhone retina apps on the iPad? As far i am aware only the iPad 3(and 4 obviously) can push retina apps and iPad 2 only does the 3GS resolution. Could be wrong.
