iPad 2 running iOS 5 GM suddenly won't activate?

Not sure what exactly happened but I was using my iPad 2 last night when it suddenly rebooted itself with the enable/disable location services up. So i follow the steps (1st enabling loc srvs, then choose wfi net) & then I get this message:

This device is not registered as part of the iPhone developer program. ##br###br##if you are a member of the program, please register your device in the http://developer.apple.com/iphone

Any ideas what to do next?

Plug in to iTunes, and restore - let iTunes redownload iOS 5 from Apple's servers.
