iPad 2 Selling Advice

I really want to upgrade to an iPad 3 when it comes out. I currently have this iPad:

iPad 2
Black
16 GB
3G (AT&T)

I don't really need the 3G model anymore, so I'm in the market for this iPad:

iPad 3
Black
16 GB
Wi-Fi Only

I really want to sell it as soon as possible, because I want the peace of mind of knowing that I have money stowed away to buy an iPad 3.

I've tried Gazelle (as in got a quote from it, hated the price) and really want to sell it for $450-500.

My question is, what way should I sell my iPad (eBay etc.) and is my price reasonable for an iPad that would normally be $630?
