I have an iPad 2 here that is stuck on the "connect to iTunes" graphic. When I restart it using the sleep button and menu button, it seems that i tries to boot, then restarts on the "connect to iTunes".
When I connect it to a computer, it shows up in iTunes and tells me it needs to be restored. When I try to restore it, it starts preparing the iPad for restore, then hangs for a long time and fails. On the iPad, the apple logo appears accompanied by a spinning circle underneath, which eventually stops spinning.
I have tried forcing it into DFU-mode with the exact same result. (DFU works, iTunes detects it, starts preparing, boots to apple logo and then hang.)
Is there anything more I could try at this point?
