iPad 2 unavailable in Hong Kong?

Hi guys,

I am going to Hong Kong soon and have considered buying an iPad there. Do any of you guys know why the iPad is unavailable at the online store on www.apple.com/hk? It says "Ships: Currently unavailable"

Do any of you know if it will become available soon? Otherwise, is it available in the Hong Kong retail store?

It has been like this after the first night of release in April. It was sold out (online) in 45 mins.

There are still stocks around the shops in HK. You just need to walk around and try your luck. Some shops sell it more expensive but if you go into a legit shop then there should be some. It really depends.

People have been buying the 3G models and sell it in China because China doesn't have the 3G models.
