iPad ipad 2 update from 4.3 to 5.01 how??

hi everyone!! i am trying to update my ipad2 with version 4.3 to 5.0.1 because i want to jailbreak it. but the newest version now is 5.1 therefore i have no idea how to do it. any help pls??

You can't. You can only update your iPad 2 to iOS 5.1.
