I'm kind of lost, please don't call me stupid. But when it says it will able to use iphone 4 hotspot. Will this be like the extra charge, they charge for tethering where you have to downgrade your data plan.

Yes that what I was thinking so you basically have to get a tethering plan like with AT&t and I can't even use unlimited anymore.
