I have iPad 2 wifi + 3G with iOS 5.1.1. It is jailbroken. There is no "Enable 3G" option in this. Now I have NCSettings installed so I can use that to enable and disable 3G but no stock option like there is in iPhone 4 and 4S. I have an iPhone 4 on 5.1.1 and that has this option.
Any suggestions ?

There is no option for that because it would be redundant. However, there should be a "cellular data" on/off switch under the iPad settings.

Should be under Settings > General > Network.

If it's not, then something is wrong, restore as new.

Yes the cellular data on off switch is there. I was specially looking for the enable 3G switch. In US it might be redundant but in my home country we still have edge used by masses and if I access the same data over 3G the operator charges per MB or so and not from my subscribed EDGE data plan.
