ipad 2 with ipad 1 dock?

Does anyone see a problem with using the ipad 1 dock for the iPad 2? I only a dock due to limited space to actually lay an iPad down for charge. I have a 3 year old that has taken over my house. LOL. So any design problems or negatives you can think of? I hope to not have to buy a new one.

I'm using the ipad 1 dock. Works perfectly fine.
