iPad 2 with optic fiber Wifi N slow

I have a 100Mbps upload/download connection with optic fiber, but my iPad only gets 20Mbps. Via Ethernet I download at 12MB/s (95Mbps)

Why?

My router is Wifi N 2,4Ghz, and also the iPad is wifi N.
