Hi there,

I recently bought an iPad 2 from the Apple Store in Hong Kong (I'm based in the UK). I didn't open it until getting hope, but have noticed a very apparent dead pixel on it. It may be more than one, not too sure. I'm aware Apple provides a one year warranty with the product...does anyone know if I can take it back to an Apple Store in the UK to get it replaced? I still have the receipt.

Thanks.

No sure how it works in your part of the world, but in the USA you can take it back with no questions asked if you just purchased it. I am pretty sure that Apple would do the same in HK.

Oh, I'm sure they would in HK, but I am now back in the UK...I guess I'll give Apple a call and see if they'll honour an exchange in the UK.

Thanks.
