I'm in a nursing home and have use of their wifi for residents. For the past five days, I've been unable to connect to wifi. My iPad mini is connected and my iPhone connects fine. I turn off wifi on these as one connection per person is the policy. I've restarted my iPad, haven't updated the iOS, but it just hangs and won't connect. Admin here is NO help. This mini is too hard to see plus I was doing things in browsers I need to finish but can't remember.

Any idea how to solve this? I'm thinking perhaps I changed a setting, but looking through Settings I see nothing related. Auto-Login and Auto-Join aren't working either.

I'm really frustrated at this point. I have amnesia so can't remember passwords. I bought an electronic password organizer today but without the iPad 2'it's useless.
