If you mean the traditional USB port and not apple's hybrid port for syncing and charging - No, not a chance.

we might see a micro usb to comply with European charging standards that Apple help set, but even that would be pushing it. Prob in iPad 3 and iPhone 5 but not before. 30pin Dock 4 life!
