iPad 3,3 on Apple site

I'm not a developer so can't keep track of these things... but is iPad 3,3 a new product code?

I did a search on the Apple site for iPad-3 and got this... wasn't sure if it was new or not. I could be totally off-base so sorry about that.

3,2 AT&T
3,3 verizon
