IPad 3 32GB to replace whit what Android tablet?
But my Android tablets get 45 to 65 Mbps.

My iPad has slow Wi-Fi speed I'm getting 15Mbps using cox 50Mbps.

Have you verified that your wifi is working correctly? Did you do the usual "forget all network settings" actions and reset all the network info? Just curious.

I'm waiting on apple engineers to see what is wrong.
I have done all the troubleshooting that can be done.
I've reset the unit is new and still no fix.

Have you tried powering off the wifi router for 5 minutes so it can reset and reboot?

Netflix. I have checked the router vendor in they say the router is working. I been as far is replaced with another make and model.

Maybe it is your internet provider. Maybe they want Apple to start paying a fee to them to allow the internet to be streamed to their devices.
