iPad iPad 3/4 Nano Sim Tray

Is there an aftermarket Nano sim tray for the 3rd and 4th gen iPad? Or, has anyone used an adaptor in order to use a Nano sim in the full size iPads? Is anyone planning to use one sim card between a mini and full size? If so, what will be your method for doing so? I hear that the adaptors are fragile and may degenerate if reused multiple times.

A set of adapters on Amazon are going for less than $5.00. If they wear out buy another set.

You usually get the following adapters: nano>micro, nano>standard, & micro>standard.
