iPad IPAD 3 changing lock slide icon

I have the Ipad 3 v 5.1.1 jailbroken and I need guidance on how to change my lock slide icon.

I have cydia, ifile, winterboard and even the lockscreen icon downloaded.

Any help if greatly appreciated!

I changed the file names, selected the theme in winterboard, respring'd and still no icon.. any ideas?

no idea, ill see if i can do it on my new ipad when im home. ive never done this before.
