My 'new' Ipad is connected to the wall using the included 10W adapter and it is fully charged. But it is displaying "not charging" and not the typical fully charged battery icon.

From my understanding, IOS products use a tickle effect when charging "beyond" 100%, where the battery will charge and discharge.

Which leads me to my question: My is my Ipad behaving like this?

I've already read that but I don't think that's it. My Ipad is showing "Not charging" My Iphone does the same thing but it shows the fully charged battery indicator at least.

It doesn't bother me, I just thought I could get an answer to why it's doing this.
