I traded the 32GB in for the AT&T 64GB Black 4G iPad this past Monday and have no regrets at all. I love the New iPad! 
I went from the 32GB white iPad 2 to 64GB black iPad 3 and have no regrets. I have 10GB of comics and 20GB of photos. The gorgeous screen means I do so much more reading than I did before and the novelty of the white model has worn off too. I was considering the 4G option but I'd use it only in emergencies and my phone can be used to thether anyway.
I could have gone down to 16GB. I'm nowhere near my 32GB, and don't foresee it happening. May downgrade.
very happy with my 16gb wifi iPad, have thought about upgrading to the Verizon 4G version but really don't feel like paying $120 extra for something I may never or will hardly use

Erm no, its not a sad poll. 80% of people are happy with their purchase and the other 20% realised how they thought they'd use their iPad was not how they ended up using them and therefore they can just exchange for a more appropriate model.
I swapped my pre-ordered 16GB Wifi Black for a 64GB Wifi White at the local Apple Store. Came to the realization that I wanted to store some videos on the thing instead of just streaming (until I can tether 4G from iPhone, that is ) and that I wanted my iPad to match my white iPhone.

I bought a 32GB on Launch Day from Best Buy
Returned 16GB
Found 5 dead pixels on 32GB and Apple replaced it
Went to Best Buy right after I left the Apple Store and exchanged it for a 64GB

Well, buying one on launch day was unexpected, but I knew what model I was going to get.
I exchanged my perfect pre-order 32GB AT&T for a not so perfect 64GB AT&T...and then that for a perfect 64GB AT&T

Previous two iPads were 32s. Bought 64 this time b/c I was nearing the limit on the iPad 2 and figured the HD would kick me over. When I set up my new iPad though I started fresh and only installed apps/games I actually use at least once a month. I also did not reinstall mags that were months old.
After set up I had 123 apps, 2 movies, 18 books on my new iPad and was using about 17GBs. I doubt I'll ever use anywhere near 64. So next year it's back to 32 for me.
