If it has a retina display, it'll need more ram to hold the extra graphics. The chances of it having 1GB are *definitely* higher than it having a retina display (I expect both).

Also, wireless charging: 20%.

na, no wireless charging. that would also require a extra chip/board in the ipad3 and they are already making it a bit thicker.
Would be nice though.
I'd give it 2% chance.
